Brief Description of Project	:	The project consists of a 5 star hotel building with 158 rooms including 78 ea suites and 80 ea standard rooms together with restaurants, swimming pool, spa, meeting rooms, conference rooms, etc. Electrical works include; LV/MV Transformer Substation System, LV Generator and ATS System, LV Power Distribution System, Lighting System, Grounding and Lightning Protection System, Fire Detection and Alarm System, PA and Announcement System, FM200 Fire Suppression System, Audio Visual System, CCTV System, Telephone-Data-TV System, Building Management System and Power Monitoring System.
